As rugby IQ and performance level vary between countries, camp coaches run on the first day of camp a players assessment session. Our coaches then build groups with homogeneous performance level to maximize individual players’ development. This approach allows our coaches to deliver the level of training and of intensity to each of you.

Curriculum: While this camp emphasizes skills, coordination, agility & speed development, you will be introduced to strength and power exercises.

On a typical training day, you will have 2 training sessions:

  • a morning one, followed by a lunch at the Brasserie M & your French lessons
  • a late afternoon one after your fun non rugby activities
