In addition to living high performance rugby, this camp enables you to
Pedagogic content and methods emphasize rugby IQ, safe practices and address all rugby essentials. To maximize & speed up your development this camp balance activities and proposes a minimum of 2 training sessions per day, one dedicated to individual skills development and one oriented towards collective drills.
Camp sessions include ball handling, passing, running angles, player support, tackling, rucking, scrum & line-outs specifics, attack & defense phases, video analysis, positioning, physical conditioning, recovery techniques, nutrition, mental preparation…
Throughout camp, coaches work to establish a personal rapport and communicate constantly with you. On the first day of camp, they run a players’ assessment to build homogeneous groups to adapt rugby IQ, training volume & intensity level to your performance level.
At the end of camp, they talk about your challenges and achievements and propose you an individualized development plan to continue your progression back home.

MHR was born in 1986 after the merger of the Stade Montpéllierain (1907) and the Montpellier Université Club Rugby (1921).
In 2007, MHR inaugurated a brand new stadium and new facilities. The current campus include a “Bodega”, several restaurants, a gift shop, offices for both the Professional team and the “Academy”.
The campus also propose 2 players’ quarters: a secured one for minors and a standard one for adults. Athletic facilities include numerous grass pitches, synthetics fields, fitness & wrestling rooms, videos analysis rooms, classrooms, multiple cloakrooms, TV & game rooms with ping-pong & foosball tables, pétanque, soccer-tennis, badminton…
